We are searching for an experienced Print Estimator and Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Balsley Printing in Rockton, IL. Our tight-knit team is actively seeking an experienced (minimum 2 years) Project Manager to join us full time. The Project Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our customers by ensuring their requirements and needs are met, and their projects are fulfilled from estimating all the way through to production. Balsley Printing specializes in Design, Offset Printing, Digital Printing, Wide Format Printing, Full Mailing Services, and Promo Products.

Full Time $18-$26/hr. based on experience and knowledge. Call for benefits package.

Responsibilities of Position:

• The Project Manager is tasked with overseeing projects throughout the production process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of job instructions across all relevant departments
• Develops a high-level relationship with key customers, sales, vendors and plant personnel to assure flawless project execution
• Confer with customers by telephone, email or in-person to provide information about products or services, enter orders, prepare estimates, arrange billing, establish due dates, and confirm shipping

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, such as Excel and Word are required
• Highly detailed communication skills are required to convey project status or concerns to clients (both oral and written)
• Must have the ability to execute and complete tasks in a timely manner, develop solutions for issues or problems that arise, and be able to establish priorities in a fast paced environment
• Print industry experience are wanted but not required
• Knowledge and background in a Direct Mail environment that involves, offset print processing, digital print production, data processing, folding, and inserting are strongly recommended for this position
